2. Platform description

OryxProperties.com is an online property listing platform serving Hubballi-Dharwad, Gadag, Belagavi and surrounding areas in Karnataka, India. We provide a platform for property owners and agents to list properties and for buyers to discover them. We do not participate in any property transaction.

3. Listing a property

By posting a listing on OryxProperties.com you confirm that: (a) you are the owner of the property or are authorised by the owner to list it; (b) all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge; (c) you will not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings; (d) you take full responsibility for the accuracy of your listing. Oryx Properties reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.

4. Prohibited content

You must not post listings that: contain false or misleading information; claim government approvals that do not exist; are for properties you do not own or have no authority to list; involve illegal property transactions; are duplicate or spam listings; or contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.

5. Buyer responsibility

Buyers using this platform acknowledge that: all listings are provided by third-party sellers and are not verified by Oryx Properties; they must conduct independent due diligence before any purchase; Oryx Properties is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction; they should consult legal professionals before signing any agreements.

6. Intermediary status

Oryx Properties operates as an intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not responsible for content posted by users on this platform provided we act in accordance with our obligations as an intermediary. We will remove unlawful content promptly upon receiving proper notification.

7. Intellectual property

All content on OryxProperties.com including the Oryx Properties name, logo, design, and website content is the property of Oryx Properties. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of this platform without written permission. Property photos and descriptions posted by users remain the property of those users.

8. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using OryxProperties.com you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

Oryx Properties reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hubballi, Karnataka, India.
